What is Evolve365?
Evolve365 is a human potential platform featuring the 9-ring Personal Evolution Wheel and 113 assessments for personal growth, leadership, productivity, wellness and more.
How does the Personal Evolution Wheel work?
You answer a quick 5-minute quiz (or complete assessments) to get scores from 0 to 100 across nine rings of life. The dashboard shows your live wheel, progress trends and personalised next steps.
Do I need to pay to start?
No. The Free plan includes the full wheel, 10 rotating assessments each month and basic tracking.
Plans and billing
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free gives limited assessments and basic tracking. Pro ($12 a month or $99 a year) unlocks every assessment, advanced reports, full history, daily recommendations and exclusive tools.
Is there a Teams or Coaches plan?
Yes. $49 a month per user or $399 a year per user, with a minimum of 5 users. It includes team dashboards, white-label reports, bulk management and coach tools.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans stop at the end of the billing cycle; annual plans are fully refundable within 30 days.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Pro and Teams plans come with a 30-day full refund.
Do you offer refunds if I downgrade?
Unused time on annual plans is refunded pro rata when downgrading.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access to all completed reports and historical data (view-only).
Assessments and progress
How long do assessments take?
Most take 15 to 25 minutes. Some quick diagnostics take 5 to 10 minutes.
Can I retake assessments?
Yes. Retakes are unlimited on Pro and Teams and limited on Free. Retakes update your wheel straight away.
Are assessments confidential?
Results are private to your account. Teams plans allow optional sharing with managers or coaches.
Store and books
Do I need a separate account for the store?
No. Your Evolve365 login works in the store.
What is in the store?
Books and audiobooks by Elvis C. Umez, creator of the 9-ring framework.
Do book purchases affect my wheel?
Pro and Teams members get bonus insights and ring boosts when syncing purchased titles.
Technical and support
Which devices work best?
Any modern browser on desktop, tablet or phone. You can add Evolve365 to your home screen for an app-like feel.
